People qualify for public benefits and never receive them. The eligibility isn't the gap; reaching people is. This was a strategy built for that gap.

Co-designed at Monitor Deloitte and anchored by a multi-year technology grant of more than $14 million, it worked on the infrastructure that connects people to benefits screening and access. This is the civic-tech work I came into the field through, before the philanthropy years.
